FreeMyApps is a web app that allows you to install new free apps, and get points for it. I managed to get a $15 when I collected 4500 points. It may seem like much, but I've installed around 20 apps for it. All you need is to run the app for about a minute, and that's all. You'll get the reward.
When they first released FreeMyApps, you were able to convert the points to apps. In the meantime, things have changed and now you can convert them to cash via gift cards.
